The Greensburg City Administrator is the economic development representative for the City of Greensburg. The City of Greensburg and Kiowa County Economic Development also partner together for economic development efforts in Greensburg. It is an independent organization that directs the economic development efforts for Kiowa County and the cities in it which are Greensburg, Haviland and Mullinville.
