HEALTH CARE NEEDS ASSESSMENT MEETING
In order to gauge the overall health needs of Kiowa County, the Kiowa County Memorial Hospital and Kiowa County Health Department cordially invite you to participate in a Community Healthcare Needs Assessment Town Hall discussion group on Tuesday, February 21st, 2012 from 9 am- 10:30 am at Kiowa County Memorial Hospital, 721 W. Kansas, Greensburg, Kansas. The meeting will be held in the Basement Conference Room.
This event is being held to identify & prioritize health needs of Kiowa County residents, in order to maintain regulatory compliance for both organizations.
We encourage your attendance, as your input is very valuable to our community. Light refreshments will be served. VVV Research & Development, Inc. from Olathe, KS will be facilitating our meeting that day. We look forward to seeing you there.
